I have a paradoxical relationship with running. I’ve always loved sprinting. Just put your brain aside and run as fast as possible. But I later learnt that sprinting involves way more than just running full-out. On the other side, I always hated running for longer distances. At first, I found it very boring and couldn’t understand the point of running for hours. That was until I caught the bug and here I’ll share all the best I’ve learnt to progress in the various aspects this sport.
